With a sleek circular design that appears like a regular Roomba than the competition's boxes, this mop and robot vacuum is among the most attractive designs in our tests. The newest model from iRobot is its most advanced, with advanced features including Enhanced Dirt Detection Technology and future compatibility with Matter (another company's robot that can wash its own mop pads).

It's the only robot vacuum/mop that scored a perfect 10 in our testing thanks to a blend of high-tech sensors, which include a camera, structured light system, and multiple lasers. The X40 Ultra was the only robot we tested that could fill and empty its basestation autonomously. It also boasted a suction of 12,000Pa as well as self-cleaning mop mops.
