1. Roomba Q5 Pro
The Q5 Pro, and its more expensive cousin, the Q7 Max Series are among the most powerful robotic vacuums we have tested. They feature motors that are top-of-the line and can suction up to 5,500 Pascals. Similar to other iRobots that are premium (including the top model), they use smart mapping to produce precise floorplans and avoid household obstacles like cords and furniture legs. They also feature a feature called carpet boost that increases the robot's power when it detects the presence of dirt on the carpet to get it cleaned up quickly.
Both the Q5 as well as the Q7 Max Series get very excellent scores in our floor tests that test for bare floors, and they're particularly adept at cleaning pet hair. They do have some flaws however, which hinder them from being our top choice.
